Rules and Regulations

Farm rules:

Kindly take note of the following guidelines:

• Please refrain from playing loud music after 21:30.
• Kindly avoid rearranging furniture or mattresses.
• Smoking is prohibited within the housing units.
• When departing, kindly deposit used towels in the bath or shower.
• We kindly request that you leave the house in the same condition as it was in upon your arrival.
• Please refrain from leaving leftover food outside or on kitchen counters, as it may attract small animals and insects.
• Do not leave any unwashed dishes behind, an additional cleaning fee of R200.00 will be charged.

Waste Management

• There are no on site garbage cans, all garbage must be taken home, even organic waste such as fruit peels.
• Keep your campsite tidy

Guest Regulations

• Quiet hours after 10 pm, please take other campers in consideration.
• No drugs, intoxication or bad behaviour will be tolerated
• Should there be any complaints, you will be given one warning before being evicted with no refund
• No teenage campers without adult supervision
• Young children must always be supervised by an adult
• Respect other campsites, no walking through their campsites
• Zero tolerance for vandalism or theft
• No bachelor / bachelorette parties

Campsite Rules

• Check in from 12:00 , check out 11:00
• No braai fires on the grass, use designated area only
• No dumping of grey water on the ground
• Please do not litter and keep your campsite tidy
• One caravan, trailer, tent per campsite
• Maximum 6 persons per campsite
• All camping equipment must fit onto your campsite
• Do not park on other campsites
• Speed limit: 15 km/h

Environmental Respect

• Leave no trace, minimize tour carbon footprint
• No feeding and disturbance of wild animals are allowed
• Please do not throw any organic waste into the bush as it also habituates the animals

Practicalities

• There is no on site reception, please Whatsapp estimates time of arrival to the number provided
• There is no electricity at the campsites
• Toilet and shower facilities are unisex
• Bring a good quality flashlightRecreation

Recreation

• Mountain bikes are welcome
• One gamedrive is included in the rate
• Hiking
• Natural swimming pools( seasonal)
• Horse riding, to be arranged prior to check in

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that visiting a Game Farm involves inherent risks, including but not limited to encounters with wild animals, uneven terrain, and potential exposure to adverse weather conditions. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in these activities with full knowledge of these risks.
2. Release and Indemnity: I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Trichardspoort Game Farm, its owners, employees, agents and any associated individuals or entities (collectively referred to as “Released Parties) from any liability for injury, damage, loss, or harm that may occur because of my visit to the Game Farm, including but not limited to personal injury, property loss or damage, or wrongful death.
3. Medical Treatment: In the event of an accident or medical emergency, I grant permission to the Game Farm and its staff to seek and administer appropriate medical treatment on my behalf. I understand that I am responsible for any associated medical expenses.
4. Behavioural Guidelines: I agree to abide by all rules and guidelines provided by the Game Farm, including safety instructions, animal interaction protocols, and any other specific directives. I understand that failure to comply with these guidelines may result in my expulsion from the Game Farm without refund.
5. Photography and Publicity: I consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or other media taken of me during my visit for promotional, advertising, or educational purposes by the Game Farm, without compensation. I will specifically advise the relevant Game Farm employees if I do not want photographs, videos, or other media with images of me to be used for such purposes.
6. Legal Jurisdiction: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, and any legal actions arising from or related to this Agreement will be resolved in the appropriate South African court.

When entering the premises, you have agree that you read and understoond this Agreement in its entirety, and voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions during your stay.
